As a member of the 1993 graduating class of Living Waters Christian School - Cornerstone Christian Academy (CCA), I can say my family and I would not be where we are today without the Lord and CCA.  My wife, Jennifer (Queen) Sullivan was a 1998 graduate of CCA who earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University with a 4.0 G.P.A.  I attended Grove City College obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy in 1997.  I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 2000.  Since passing the Ohio and Kentucky Bar Exams I have been employed as an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Our educations at CCA more than adequately prepared us for the academic endeavors to come, and we have been truly blessed because we were students there.

     My wife and I value the relationships we formed at CCA.  The school has a family-like atmosphere with qualified teachers and motivated students.  They are serious about both quality of education and their Christian faith.  Academically, class sizes are sufficiently small to allow for a significant amount of one-on-one contact between teacher and student.  CCA is a truly unique place that can help to prepare young people for success in college and beyond.  It certainly did so for us, by God's grace.

In 2001, one of my grandsons graduated from Cornerstone. In 2004, a second grandson will graduate. Another grandson has completed the sixth grade this past school year. The education received and being received at Cornerstone prepares my grandchildren intellectually and spiritually to be responsible citizens of our country. CCA provides an excellent academic education in a Christ-centered environment.

If I learned one thing from my first year at college, it is how grateful I am for my education at CCA. As I jumped into my pre-med program, I was better able to appreciate the solid foundation in math and sciences that I received at CCA. My academic education was amazing at CCA. But more importantly was the spiritual growth that took place there.  The Support, prayers, and accountability of the faculty and administration toward me was pivotal in my discovering who I am to be in Christ, and who He is in me.

With the new facility being built, I anticipate seeing many more young people having the same identity-altering experiences that I was blessed to have at CCA.

Cornerstone greatly prepared me for college in many ways. Since Cornerstone has such a close-knit atmosphere and wonderful teachers, I immediately created relationships with my professors at college. Since I learned how to be responsible and juggled church, school work, fun, clubs, and sports, I quickly became just as active at Georgetown.
        Besides the biblical training I received, I would say that leadership was the most important thing I learned at Cornerstone. With the small atmosphere, there were many leadership opportunities available which were encouraged by the teachers.
        All of these reasons are why I am excited about the new building project. I want not only my younger sisters, but also many others to have the same advantage and benefits that I did by attending Cornerstone Christian Academy.
