Parent Teacher Fellowship

PTF is an organization of volunteers dedicated to encouraging our faculty, staff and families. We plan and host events annually that honor God and create opportunities to meet people, serve others and have fun. Our goal is to come alongside the community and help make the Cornerstone experience easy to navigate, friendly and enriching for all. Cornerstone parents, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate.

With the new year, our PTF officers will be changing and the opportunity to get engaged is here. Join us and make this year a success for the students and faculty by providing opportunities to sponsor, purchase and volunteer at our school through PTF.

PTF Responsibilities

The PTF's responsibilities are to pray for our school daily, promote excellence in Christian education, provide an opportunity for fellowship among all members, aid in generating capital, and to provide supplemental financial and material resources in support of curriculum and staff.

Accomplishments

With the funds raised, PTF has helped in purchases of things like Smart boards, Teacher wishlist items, Speakers, and Musical Instruments. They are also responsible for teacher appreciation gifts, Chapel gift certificates, and offer scholarships for graduating seniors.

Activities Sponsored

PTF typically sponsors events throughout the year like, Muffins with Mom, Doughnuts with Dad, Book Fair, Grandparents luncheon, clothes closet, christmas shop, Boxtops for education, Tyson Labels, pastoral lunch, school supply store, and other events when possible.
